Jason Carlisle
Jason grew up in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts. After spending many years in restaurant management, he switched gears to finance and worked for MBNA for many years as a credit analyst.
Jason started working for UCU in July of 2013 doing mostly auto loans, before switching to a mortgage lending role. He especially enjoys helping members purchase their first home, and appreciates the fact that no two mortgages are ever the same!
When not working, Jason enjoys astronomy, hiking, and spending time with his three kids. He also plays saxophone and is active in several local swing bands.

Cody Faloon
Cody grew up in Canaan, Maine and studied business at the University of Maine. Cody has been with UCU for twelve years, starting as a part-time teller while in college before moving on to other roles within the credit union, including roles in consumer lending and human resources. Cody’s interest in real estate led him back to the lending department about six years ago, when he joined the real estate lending team.
When asked what he enjoys most about real estate lending, Cody replied “I enjoy finding solutions to people’s financial needs and helping folks get into a home or into a much better financial situation overall.”
When not working, Cody enjoys a variety of sports and spending outdoor time with his family, fishing, hunting, hiking, and camping.

Cory Broniarczyk
Cory was born and raised in Brunswick, Maine and graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in finance.
Before UCU, Cory worked as a Finance Manager at a company in New Hampshire that provided equipment financing and working capital loans for businesses. Cory then went on to work in an operations roll for a local mortgage company for about five years, learning the ins and outs of mortgage lending.
When asked why he was interested in mortgage lending, Cory replied: “I have always found banking and lending to be fascinating, and wanted to help people purchase their first home, their dream home, and any financing in between. Buying a home is a very exciting life event, and I wanted to be part of something that is special and memorable for people.”
Outside of the office, Cory enjoys fly fishing, golf, snowmobiling, camping, and spending as much time outdoors as he can.

Kyle Rucker
Kyle is a native of Southern Maine and attended the University of Maine, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in finance.
Kyle started his mortgage lending career with UCU five years ago, and frequently teaches the credit and lending portions of the first time homebuyer courses that UCU sponsors. Kyle enjoys educating first time home buyers and walking them through the home buying process.
Outside of the office, Kyle loves spending time outdoors with his two dogs, Tobias and Chaplin, and enjoys all of the great perks that Maine has to offer, including hiking, golf, and brewing his own craft beer.
